Mr. Scott Jang, founded Expert Cargo International Co. in 2003 with a vision and desire to become a force in the emerging Asian market. The company first began as an airfreight forwarding company, but has since than expanded to other aspects of the freight forwarding industry. Establishing a reputation for offering customers a more effective and personalized customer service, Expert Cargo International flourished and grew, and soon started development in operations from other parts of the world.

With the strong economic growth of the pacific Rim, this enabled ECI to become a strong leader in the forwarding industry and also help further develop the networking of ECI. In recent years, members of the ECI group have expanded to Australia, New Zealand, Central and South/Central America.

Those that participate in the ECI Group network are educated and well trained to provide the best available service to their constituencies through commitment, dedication, and quality. The coordination of all shipping activities, customer/employee service programs and information system activities enable the ECI Group to reduce costs and increase effciency.
