* Terms & Conditions:
1. Avove rate supersedes all prior written and oral agreements.
2. Withour insurance, maximum liability on international bills of lading is $20.00 per kilo or $9.07 per pound and
$0.50 per pound for domestic bills of lading.
3. Dimensional Charges will be applied to all shipments at the greater of actual dimensionalized (cubed) weight
(International 166 cubic inches/pound, Domestic 250 cubic inches/pound).
4. Customer agrees that these charges are based on Expert Cargo International Co. receiving payment by the 30th
calendar day from date of the invoice. Payments exceeding 60 days makes this contract null and void.
5. Expert Cargo International Co. will not be liable for any delays.
6. All other terms and conditions of transport are per the Expert Cargo International Co. tariff and bill of lading.
